These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the xbaij platform and all services available through it. By creating an account or placing a wager on xbaij, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Important Notice: This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and xbaij ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Account Integrity

Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to the xbaij platform and all real-money features is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the entire duration of their account:
- You are aged 18 years or older. xbaij operates an adults-only platform. There are no exceptions to the minimum age requirement under any circumstances.
- You are accessing the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment, and not on behalf of another person or any commercial entity.
- You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, either imposed by xbaij or by any other gambling platform or regulatory authority, that would prohibit your participation.

xbaij reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during a player's account lifetime — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following an account review. Acceptable proof of age includes a national identity card, passport, or official birth certificate. Accounts where the minimum age of 18 cannot be confirmed to xbaij's satisfaction will be suspended immediately pending document review, and any winnings accrued during an unverified period may be voided.

Account Registration
To access real-money features on xbaij, you must complete the registration process and create a single verified account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one active xbaij account at any given time. If xbaij determines that a player has created or is operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — all associated accounts will be suspended without notice. Account Security Obligations

You must not share your login credentials with any other person. xbaij will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain credential security. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
xbaij operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering standards. Players may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage of their account lifecycle. KYC document requests must be fulfilled within 14 calendar days of the request being issued. Failure to complete KYC verification within this window may result in account restriction or suspension. Withdrawal processing will be paused until outstanding KYC requirements are satisfied.

Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the xbaij platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus fund movements — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xbaij supports the following local payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.
Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
- Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your xbaij wallet instantly upon confirmation of the mobile banking transaction.
- Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three business hours to reflect, depending on the originating bank's processing schedule during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
- xbaij does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name. Third-party deposits will be refunded and the associated account may be restricted pending investigation.
- Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your xbaij wallet. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit error has occurred.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy is maintained as a security and anti-fraud measure.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on account verification status and payment method.
- Standard withdrawal processing for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is between one and four hours during normal BST operational hours.
- All outstanding KYC verification requirements must be completed before any withdrawal request will be approved for processing.
- xbaij reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000, which may extend standard processing times by up to 48 hours.
- Withdrawal requests submitted outside of BST business hours (approximately 08:00–24:00 BST) will be queued and processed in order the following business day.
Currency Note: xbaij does not charge internal fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges. xbaij has no control over third-party provider fee structures.
Bonus & Promotions Policy

General Bonus Conditions

- Bonuses have an expiry period stated in their individual terms. Unclaimed or unmet wagering requirements that expire will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account without further notice.
- Certain game categories (live casino, specific slot titles, or sports betting) may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Contribution rates for each game category are specified in the individual promotion details.
Promotional Integrity: xbaij uses automated systems to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin hedging bets, systematic exploitation of free spin credits, and coordinated multi-account promotional claims. Accounts identified through these systems are subject to bonus forfeiture and may be subject to withdrawal restrictions pending investigation.
Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports Betting

- In the event of a disconnection during an active casino game session, the round outcome will be determined and recorded on xbaij's server logs. The result will stand as finalised upon reconnection.

Account Suspension & Closure

Upon voluntary account closure requested by a player, any real-money balance remaining in the account wallet (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five business days, provided all outstanding KYC requirements have been fulfilled. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Players who have voluntarily self-excluded and subsequently wish to reopen their account must contact xbaij support directly, provide valid identity documentation, and complete a mandatory 72-hour review period before access is restored. xbaij will not reopen accounts for players who are currently subject to a court-ordered or regulatory exclusion.
